15-18 million American adults do not have access to their birth or citizenship documents, but if you need an ID you need a birth certificate. But if you need a birth certificate you need an ID. It’s quite a catch 22. After 10,000 IDs and over 20,000 documents, we are the nation’s experts in how to get IDs and vital docs across the country.
